VY Build Inc., a metal roofing and building materials supplier serving Atlantic Canada contractors, had two interconnected problems coming into 2026:
- Inconsistent social presence. Their Facebook Page had ~600 followers but went weeks without new posts. Engagement was sporadic.
- Wasted reach.They were paying for Meta Ads but the organic Page wasn't building audience-equity to retarget against.
